Website Information
This website provides general information about Rachael Clark Consultants LLC and its services. Website content is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Legal Document Support
Rachael Clark Consultants LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or make legal decisions for clients. Administrative document support is based on client-provided information and client-selected or court-approved forms.
Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation
Tax preparation is based on information and supporting documents provided by the client. Services do not include audits, attest services, legal representation before taxing authorities, or work requiring a licensed CPA, attorney, or enrolled agent unless separately confirmed in writing.
Service Requests and Initial Fit Calls
Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not create a client relationship or confirm an appointment. When necessary, a free 15-minute initial fit call may be offered. Services, scope, timing, pricing, revisions, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments and Final Deliverables
Square is the primary payment system. Projects under $250 require payment in full before work begins. Projects of $250 or more require a 50% deposit before work begins unless project-specific written terms state otherwise. Any remaining balance is due before final, editable, unwatermarked, or filing-ready deliverables are released.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Third-Party Fees
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are confirmed for each engagement. Third-party fees already incurred are generally nonrefundable.
Inactive and Closed Projects
If a client does not respond for 14 calendar days, a project may be moved to Inactive status. After 30 calendar days without a response, the project may be administratively closed. Restarting an inactive or closed project is subject to availability, review of the original scope and changed requirements, outstanding balances, a revised timeline, and a possible reactivation fee.
Digital Products, Licensing, and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. Files may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, republished, or incorporated into another product for sale. Because downloadable products cannot be returned, completed digital-product purchases are generally nonrefundable. If a purchased file is defective or inaccessible, contact RCC for reasonable technical assistance or a replacement file.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate information and reviewing deliverables before final use.
Intellectual Property
Website content, portfolio samples, digital products, and branded materials may not be copied or reused without permission.
Project-Specific Terms
Each engagement or product may include written terms tailored to the project or purchase. When project-specific written terms differ from this general website guidance, the project-specific written terms control.
